Technical Senior Specialist - Creative Design (DB)

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Specialist in Creative Design to oversee the thematic design and development of innovative theme park attractions. Responsibilities

• Lead the creative design process for theme parks, from concept development to final execution
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and innovative design solutions
• Conduct research on industry trends to inform design decisions and enhance creative outcomes
• Produce high-quality visual presentations and creative proposals for stakeholders and clients
• Oversee production artwork, ensuring alignment with creative vision and quality standards
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance in creative processes and problem-solving
• Maintain a strong focus on creating immersive experiences and storytelling through design

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in creative design, with a focus on theme parks or related entertainment projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design capabilities and production artwork
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling tools
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for theme parks and understanding of audience engagement through design
