Design and layout technical reports, presentations, and other documentation using graphic design software and tools.
Create visually engaging graphics, charts, tables, and diagrams to illustrate key concepts, data trends, and analysis results.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and technical staff to gather information, data, and content for technical reports.
Organize and structure content in a logical and coherent manner to effectively communicate project objectives, methodologies, results, and conclusions.
Transform complex data sets into clear and informative visualizations that enhance understanding and interpretation.
Select appropriate visualization techniques, such as bar charts, line graphs, pie charts, and maps, to effectively communicate quantitative and qualitative information.
Ensure consistency and professionalism in report formatting, styling, and branding.
Apply consistent fonts, colors, and design elements to maintain a cohesive visual identity across reports and presentations.
Review and proofread technical reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to quality standards.
Verify data accuracy, check for typographical errors, and resolve formatting inconsistencies before finalizing reports for distribution.
Coordinate with project teams to gather input, feedback, and revisions throughout the report design process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
Manage multiple report design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Communicate progress updates, potential delays, and resource needs to project managers and stakeholders as needed.
Maintain organized files and document repositories for report templates, graphics, data sources, and other design assets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Information Design, or a related field.
Previous experience in graphic design, data visualization, or technical report design.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), or other design tools.
Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, layout, color, and composition.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in technical content and data visualization.
Familiarity with waste management concepts, terminology, and technical reports is a plus.
