We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team. The Technical Program Manager serves as the vital link between Engineering and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of projects. Working closely with engineering, product, and data science teams, the TPM will manage cross-squad projects and operations to meet the organization’s goals. This role combines strategic oversight of technical initiatives with a hands-on approach to solving complex technical challenges, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products while meeting organizational standards.

As a Technical Program Manager, your daily workload might include:

• Coordinate and manage technical projects within Engineering and DS teams, setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring achievements within budget and organizational parameters.
• Oversee the efficiency of executing technical operations.
• Lead the integration of best practices and considerations into the development lifecycle of products and applications, ensuring adherence to relevant standards.
• Oversee the products' compliance with industry regulations and conduct assessments to ensure quality and performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement technical solutions effectively across web applications and other digital assets.
• Manage the relationship and communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Provide expert advice on technical issues and best practices to engineering and product teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical projects, ensuring proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates, progress reports, and project status to relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective communication channels are established.

Our target profile is candidates with...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• +5 years of experience in technical roles, with prior leadership or management experience.
• Proven expertise in software development principles, project management, and familiarity with common technical challenges and solutions.
• Deep knowledge of the Agile mindset and its related frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP).
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of successfully leading complex technical initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient in AI and machine learning technologies, data analytics, programming languages (such as Python, GoLang), and tools (such as SQL and Tableau).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues to a diverse audience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
