Technical Delivery Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager at Adree, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment between client requirements and project execution. You will manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and managing technical project delivery from initiation through to completion
2. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
3. Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery
4. Coordinating with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure alignment and address any technical challenges
5. Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and provide project updates
6. Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle, and implementing corrective actions as needed
7. Utilizing Agile methodologies to continuously improve team processes and delivery outcomes
8. Mentoring and supporting project team members to enhance their skills and professional development

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in technical project management or delivery management roles
3. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
4. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively
7. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
8. Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are a plus
