• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Must)
  
• Azure Security Engineer Associate
  
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert is highly desirable.
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical consulting, with a focus on Infra and Cloud Microsoft Technologies.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, SQL, Azure network, Azure Storage, Azure Backup, and other related technologies.
  
• Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior consultants.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
  
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  
• Experience with migration of Exchange customers to Office 365 and end-to-end support and troubleshooting experience of Exchange Online and Office 365 Hybrid solutions.
  

• High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like an owner in what you do.
  
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  
• Able to work independently or in a team.
  
• Able to work to tight deadlines.
  
• Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
  
• Ability to handle many tasks & responsibilities.
