We are hiring for a Team Member for a leading Italian Fast Food Restaurant in Saudi Arabia.

Job Title: Team Member cum Kitchen Worker

Job Summary:

Pastalita is a well-regarded chain of Italian fast-food restaurants in Saudi Arabia, renowned for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Established in 2008, it offers a variety of Italian dishes in a quick-service setting, aiming to provide fresh, made-to-order meals suitable for today's fast-paced, health-conscious lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Kitchen Support: Assist in food preparation, cooking, and assembling food orders following restaurant recipes and standards.
2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring orders are delivered promptly and to customers' satisfaction.
3. Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean and sanitized in compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Inventory Management: Help manage kitchen inventory and ensure food stock is rotated and replenished as needed.
5. Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to provide an exceptional dining experience.
6. Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow food safety guidelines and maintain hygiene practices in the kitchen at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred.
2. Minimum education level - high school.
3. All interviews will be conducted in English only and candidates must answer all the questions in English.
4. Strong communication skills in English.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
6. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
7. Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
8. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
9. Any visible tattoo is not allowed.
10. Minimum male height is 54 inches.
11. Age Limit: Min. 22 to 30.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to stand for long periods.
2. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg of kitchen supplies.

Perks and Benefits: Basic Salary: 1000 SAR + Food Allowance: 300 SAR + Accommodation + Transportation provided by the company.
