Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
Core Responsibilities:
Maintains and enhances relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth.
Prepares a structured calling program to identify business opportunities and explore customer needs with the aim of matching the bank's products.
Monitors and expands share of wallet and cross sell from all clients.
Drives the diversified revenue improvement of their portfolio.
Monitors the performance of all accounts assigned to the relationship managers on an on-going basis.
Monitors the business operating environment with respect to market trends, interest rates, asset and liabilities positions, trade volume, credit facilities etc. on an on-going basis.
Provides regular updates to the regional head on performance of the accounts and on key market thrusts.
Plans and co-ordinates marketing of products and services to all clients within the portfolio with the objective to maximize revenue/return.
Ensures that the quality of the credit portfolio is maintained by reviewing all proposals, identifying and assessing all risk inherent in credit exposures.
Analyze the client’s financial statements, management practices etc. to assess the credit risk for the client and ensure that the credit quality of the portfolio is not compromised.
Recommends, rejects or approves credit facilities, within prescribed limits, after a comprehensive analysis.
Structures financial transactions to meet the requirements of the corporate clients.
Liaisons with various internal departments (Wholesale and Market Risk), Legal, Operations etc.) for smooth and quick turnaround of transactions.
Ensures provision of high quality and timely service to clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
+10 years of experience in Commercial or Corporate banking.
Strong experience and knowledge in Credit.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
A bachelors or masters degree in any related field.
