Job Description

1. You will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
2. Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
3. Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
4. Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
5. Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Ability to engage with people in a genuinely welcoming way.
3. Reception experience.
4. 5* or high-end customer service experience is essential.
