Job Description
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
- Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates’ skills and fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.
- Foster relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and industry professionals.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, employment laws, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in recruitment principles.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, demonstrating a track record of successful hires.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS, indicating a commitment to the HR profession and continued learning.
- Experience in the specific industry relevant to the hiring organization, enhancing understanding of job roles and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, ensuring efficient management of candidate data.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred for roles requiring multicultural communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, characterized by the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset, demonstrating initiative and creativity in sourcing and engaging potential candidates.
- A positive attitude and resilience, capable of handling rejection and maintaining motivation throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations.
