Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for positions in the Oil & Gas and Construction industries.
- Use various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate pipeline efficiently.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure that recruitment efforts are in compliance with the applicable labor laws in Saudi Arabia.
- Build a network of candidates and maintain long-term relationships with potential hires.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, specifically in the Oil & Gas and Construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on technical roles within the industry.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work remotely and on a flexible, on-call basis.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions at once and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the Oil & Gas and Construction sectors.
- Experience working as a freelancer or remotely is preferred.
- Candidates with a network of contacts within the Saudi Arabian market will be highly valued.
Compensation:
