Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for positions in the Oil & Gas and Construction industries.
  2. Use various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  3. Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate pipeline efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  5. Maintain candidate records and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
  6. Ensure that recruitment efforts are in compliance with the applicable labor laws in Saudi Arabia.
  7. Build a network of candidates and maintain long-term relationships with potential hires.
  8. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, specifically in the Oil & Gas and Construction industries.
  2. Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on technical roles within the industry.
  3. Familiarity with recruitment processes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a must.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English (Arabic is a plus).
  5. Ability to work remotely and on a flexible, on-call basis.
  6. Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
  7. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple open positions at once and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the Oil & Gas and Construction sectors.
  3. Experience working as a freelancer or remotely is preferred.
  4. Candidates with a network of contacts within the Saudi Arabian market will be highly valued.

Compensation:

  1. Competitive rates based on experience.
  2. Paid on a per-project basis, with flexibility on working hours.
