Systems Support Engineer - IT - KSA CP
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot front-end systems and store application servers (Windows, Linux).
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure services (DHCP, NPS, DNS, AD).
- Lead network design and implementation for stores, offices, and warehouses.
- Configure, deploy, and monitor network devices (firewalls, switches).
- Upgrade and migrate operating systems and software applications.
- Troubleshoot user issues and roll out upgrades.
- Assemble, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot POS systems (Windows, Linux).
- Handle digital initiatives at stores (digital menus, IoT, music systems, smart devices).
- Assist with new system testing and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Preferably have certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or Linux System Administrator/System Engineer.
- Experience with various Microsoft Server products (Hyper-V, VMWare, Remote Desktop Services).
- 1-2 years of work experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work morning and evening shifts, on-call duty, and weekends.
- Preferably have experience in retail systems or a similar role in a retail company.
