Responsibilities:

1. Understand the Specification compliance and scope responsibilities.
2. Budget analysis.
3. Engineering Performance and progress reporting.
4. Lead the identification, development, deployment of commissioning engineering processes, procedures, and tools to drive commissioning excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement.
5. Work with SME teams to deliver the most suitable solutions.
6. Proactively work with Risk assessment and Mitigation plan.
7. System design and Engineering.
8. Value engineering and Material/ Cost savings.
9. VO estimation and cost analysis.
10. Coordination with Remote engineering team.
11. Deliver the project within the project schedule with Positive deviation.
12. Job assignment and teamwork.
13. Schedule and Milestone development.
14. Understand technology.
15. Junior / CX Engineer team management.
16. Develop and maintain the excellent customer relations.

Customer Satisfaction

1. Provide supervision for Honeywell systems to customers at site.
2. Participate in technical discussion/site coordination meetings.
3. Training of customer technical operation staff at site.
4. System handover and customer acceptance works at site.

YOU MUST HAVE

1. Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Electrical Engineer/ Mechatronics Engineer).
2. Min 5+ years of experience in the field.
3. Experience in understanding of specs compliance.
4. Experience with Access control Controllers & Field Control Systems.
5. Experience in configuring the Servers and front-end software and commissioning.
6. Experience in Access control system design development.
7. Experience in Card and Reader technology.
8. Experience in Load calculation.
9. Experience in Badging.
10. Previous Knowledge in ACS and CCTV integrations and connection to Physical Security Information Management Systems.
11. Experience with IP and Analog cameras.
12. Experience in CCTV system design development.
13. Experience in Develop the Storage and Sizing calculation.
14. Experience in develop the Coverage Study and identify the suitable Cameras.
15. Knowledge in Review the shop drawings.
