Role and Key Responsibilities

1. Understand the Specification compliance and scope responsibilities.
2. Budget analysis.
3. Engineering Performance and progress reporting.
4. Lead the identification, development, deployment of commissioning engineering processes, procedures, and tools to drive commissioning excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement.
5. Work with SME teams to deliver the most suitable solutions.
6. Proactively work with Risk assessment and Mitigation plan.
7. System design and Engineering.
8. Value engineering and Material/Cost savings. VO estimation and cost analysis.
9. Coordination with Remote engineering team.
10. Deliver the project within the project schedule with Positive deviation Job assignment and teamwork.
11. Schedule and Milestone development. Understand technology.
12. Junior / CX Engineer team management.
13. Develop and maintain excellent customer relations.

Requirements and Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Electrical Engineer/ Mechatronix Engineer).
2. Min 5+ years of experience in the field.
3. Knowledge in reviewing shop drawings.
4. Experience with BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems.
5. Experience in understanding of specs compliance.
6. Experience in configuring the Servers and front-end software and commissioning.
7. Experience in BMS system design development.
8. Experience in third party protocols.
9. Experience in all HVAC system and Valve selections.
10. Experience with Fire Alarm System Panels, Controllers & Field Control Systems.
11. Experience in Fire Alarm system design development.
12. Certified from any brand as Fire Alarm Engineer – Optional.
13. NFPA Certified - Optional.
14. Experience in developing the cause-and-Effect Matrix.
15. Experience in developing the Zoning and Smoke management system.
16. Experience in calculations such as Battery and Voltage Drop calculation.
17. Experience in developing Voice Evacuation system zoning and calculation.
18. Experience in Integration with PAVA, BMS and ACS system and other systems.
19. Knowledge in developing and reviewing shop drawings.
20. Experience in Third party integrations.

Customer Satisfaction

1. Provide supervision for Honeywell systems to customers at site.
2. Participate in technical discussion/site coordination meetings.
3. Training of customer technical operation staff at site.
4. System handover and customer acceptance works at site.
