We are currently seeking an expert and innovative SUSHI CHEF with demonstrable experience in both Peruvian and Japanese cuisine to join the culinary team within a leading hospitality group in Riyadh. The group is renowned for creating exceptional dining and event experiences, boasting a portfolio of high-end restaurants and a strong presence in the city’s vibrant entertainment scene.

As an ideal candidate you will have:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Sushi Chef – from upmarket restaurants or luxury hotels.
• Relevant qualifications.
• Fluent English.
• Immaculate presentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Clear medical.
• Clear criminal record.
• Valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare traditional and Nikkei sushi.
• Incorporate Peruvian ingredients.
• Develop fusion sauces and presentations.
• Source quality ingredients.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene.
• Create menus and innovate dishes.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work efficiently in a team.

Salary on offer:

• Basic Salary SAR 5,500.
• Shared accommodation.
• Additional standard expat package.
