To supervise and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, inventory management, production planning, and distribution of F&B products while maintaining quality, cost-efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Oversee purchasing activities for raw materials and packaging
- Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts
- Ensure supplier compliance with food safety standards
Inventory & Warehouse
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock
- Coordinate with warehouse for FIFO/FEFO compliance
- Ensure storage conditions meet food safety requirements
Production Planning
- Align raw material availability with production schedules
- Coordinate with production team for smooth material flow
- Track material yield and wastage
Logistics & Distribution
- Supervise outbound deliveries to ensure timely customer order fulfillment
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
- Monitor transportation costs and route efficiency
Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS systems
- Generate periodic supply chain performance reports
- Analyze data to support forecasting and decision-making
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with SFDA, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant regulations
- Support audits and traceability systems
- Follow hygiene and food safety protocols during all logistics processes
Qualification
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience
3–5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in the F&B sector
Skills
ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), WMS, MS Excel, forecasting, negotiation
Knowledge
Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, SFDA, and import/export regulations
Soft Skills
