Job Description & Role :

General Responsibilities :

• Handle the system data entry in an organized and smart way, starting from Sales Order, Purchase Order, Purchase Receipt, Delivery Note along with all necessary attachments and comments.
• Generate reports from the system and analyze the data shown in the report, to ensure fast and efficient processes starting from purchasing to delivery to site.
• Follow up on payment requests and petty cash to ensure smooth and optimized ordering processes.
• Handle stock balance, pick lists, and follow up on the delivery of materials to avoid aging in the warehouse.
• Read and fill cost sheets properly to keep track of all activities.
• Check stock before issuing a new Purchase Order to avoid duplicate purchasing.
• Optimize shipping rates and routing.
• Arrange SABER certificates and ensure materials meet SABER requirements.
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
• Resolve issues that arise (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents).

Daily tasks :

• List of pending materials to be purchased.
• List of materials to be delivered to site.
• Delivery schedule of materials for each project.

Weekly tasks :

• Payment and petty cash requests to suppliers.
• Stock balance.
• Delivery notes acknowledgment.

Additional Requirements :

Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Advanced experience in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Data and numbers oriented.
• University graduate with a background in finance and supply chain.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Working experience with relevant software (ERP next).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Creative problem-solving.
• A strategic and analytical mind.
• Experience in IT and low current (system integration) products is a plus.
