To Develop, implement and be accountable for the supply chain strategic, tactical and operational plans in order to optimize supply chain operations (including Procurement, Planning, Warehouse and Logistics). To meet required customer service levels and provide the required results at the lowest possible total supply chain costs.
Initiate and develop supply chain strategies and policies/procedures in order to standardize processes, facilitate daily operations and ensure adherence of the organization considering new or changing environmental policies, standards and government regulations.
Ensure that company’s warehouses, transportation and procurement are operating under the required standards of food safety, quality control and good supply chain practices.
Analyze inventories to have the optimal inventory stock level, reduce waste and optimize customer service.
Develop and upgrade technical skills, capabilities and succession plans for the supply chain team in order to enhance the service level provided to the organization.
Initiate, develop and execute supply chain function annual plans and budget in order to achieve company’s planned growth and maintain the optimal level of overall organization spending.
Lead integrated efforts for total cost of ownership reduction plans by capturing and executing saving opportunities and negotiating company’s credit payment terms to contribute in improving and sustaining organization’s profitability.
