Responsible for optimizing supply chain performance across clusters and plants by managing KPIs, streamlining procurement operations and resolving issues to ensure business continuity. Key tasks include preparing performance reports, consolidating procurement for special projects, supporting local content initiatives, and collaborating with supply chain managers and cluster heads. Conducts site visits and drives continuous improvement to enhance operational.
Maintain and improve supply chain performance across clusters/plants, focusing on key KPIs.
Take proactive initiatives to enhance cluster performance in alignment with company goals.
Prepare and provide weekly reports for clusters, including metrics on open PRs, POs, rejections, PO releases, advanced payments, and PO acknowledgments, bayan payments, logistics reports, etc.
Ensure plants consolidate PRs for special projects such as MRP requirements, related party transactions, and Single Point of Failure (SPOF) items.
Resolve payment issues and facilitate smooth communication to ensure business continuity.
Oversee procurement-related activities, especially emergency procurement led by procurement leads.
Support local content-related initiatives in line with regulatory requirements.
Work closely with supply chain managers to support cluster performance and operational efficiency.
Lead related-party transactions in alignment with the relevant buyers.
Conduct regular meetings with cluster heads to review operations and resolve issues.
Organize quarterly site visits to each plant, documenting outcomes in a shared MOM (Minutes of Meeting) distributed to Supply Chain Management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or supply chain management.
