This role requires proven experience as a Personal Assistant and experience working in a corporate environment and regional/global organisation. It requires very high levels of discretion and absolute confidentiality. The job holder must be well organised, able to prioritise tasks of high complexity including last minute travel requests. Excellent written and oral communication skills are important, plus experience in managing office processes and where necessary. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and experience building collaboration with people from different cultures around the world. Candidates should have a high degree of maturity and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build a strong partnership with the entire team. Fully operational in all IT systems: Trip Actions, Concur, SharePoint, Workday, Adobe and Power BI in addition to the usual Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Accuracy, speed, proactivity, and an ability to ‘get things done’ are vital.
