Oversee Material Quality: Supervise and inspect materials for compliance with set standards.
Conduct Formal Site Inspections: Perform regular site inspections based on the inspection & test plan.
Provide On-Site Technical Support: Offer immediate technical solutions and advice during construction phases.
Prepare Site Reports: Document quality checks, deviations, and maintain records of inspections and tests.
Attend Project Meetings: Provide updates, insights, and feedback on quality aspects in project meetings.
Monitor Non-Conformance Reports: Track and ensure timely resolution of all non-conformance issues.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Certifications: Quality control related certifications would be beneficial.
Experience: A total of 10 years in construction, with a focus on quality inspections. Contractor background and must have worked on major projects in the region.
Skills: Knowledge of construction processes and materials, familiarity with quality control tools and software, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
