Responsibilities:

1. Inspect Technical and Dimensional Accuracy: Regularly check construction works for adherence to predefined standards.
2. Compare Work to Approved Drawings: Ensure on-ground work aligns with the approved designs and specifications.
3. Oversee Material Quality: Supervise and inspect materials for compliance with set standards.
4. Conduct Formal Site Inspections: Perform regular site inspections based on the inspection & test plan.
5. Provide On-Site Technical Support: Offer immediate technical solutions and advice during construction phases.
6. Prepare Site Reports: Document quality checks, deviations, and maintain records of inspections and tests.
7. Attend Project Meetings: Provide updates, insights, and feedback on quality aspects in project meetings.
8. Monitor Non-Conformance Reports: Track and ensure timely resolution of all non-conformance issues.

Requirements:

1. Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Certifications: Quality control related certifications would be beneficial.
3. Experience: A total of 10 years in construction, with a focus on quality inspections. Contractor background and must have worked on major projects in the region.
4. Skills: Knowledge of construction processes and materials, familiarity with quality control tools and software, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
