Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for the Store Manager.
2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
3. Foster a customer-focused environment, encouraging staff to exceed customer expectations.
4. Supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
5. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates.
