An exciting opportunity is available for a Superintendent, Rassas B&L Maintenance, based in Riyadh.

Summary:

A Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of an organization's facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. They ensure that all systems operate efficiently, minimize downtime, and comply with safety regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures, ensure timely and effective repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities, coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensure compliance with all Company regulations and procedures in respect of safety, quality, and asset maintenance and integrity.
2. Team Management & Supervision: Lead, train, and supervise maintenance staff, assign tasks and monitor performance, ensure staff follow safety protocols and company policies.
3. Equipment & Facility Management: Oversee the upkeep of machinery, HVAC/PLC systems, electrical, piping, and building infrastructure, coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance work.
4. Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements, conduct routine inspections for safety hazards and equipment failures, implement and enforce workplace safety programs.
5. Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage the maintenance department's budget, control costs related to repairs, replacements, and labor, evaluate and approve maintenance-related expenditures.
6. Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime, maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and compliance reports, provide regular reports to senior management on maintenance performance, set/monitor KPI (key performance indicators) and scorecards for improvement, coordinate with procurement with respect to maintenance orders, manage operational changes, providing final approval of management of change, ensuring that they are effectively implemented.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Engineering degree.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Technical Skills:
  Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, and HVAC systems.
  Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
• Leadership & Management Skills:
  Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  Ability to train and develop maintenance staff.
• Organizational & Analytical Skills:
  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  Strong analytical skills for diagnosing equipment failures and process inefficiencies.
  Budgeting and cost-control experience.
