We are seeking to hire several part-time tutors to provide academic support and guidance to students in different subject areas (English, Arabic, Math, & Qudurat).

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and empower students by moving beyond traditional tutoring methods. Take the time to deeply understand each student’s individual learning style, challenges, and aspirations.
• Offer personalized learning by developing custom-tailored lesson plans that address academic weaknesses and build on students' strengths to nurture their potential and encourage them to reach new heights both academically and personally.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, guiding students in their studies and in their personal development such as study skills, time management, and problem-solving strategies.
• Be accountable and take full ownership of student progress, regularly assessing and adapting your teaching methods to ensure measurable improvements.
• Go the extra mile to engage in follow-ups and provide additional resources, support, or time to help students grasp difficult concepts.
• Communicate, collaborate, and partner with parents to ensure a holistic approach to the student's growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in the related subject being taught.
• Teaching certification is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of various ages and learning levels.
• Proficient in using technology to enhance learning.
• High level of responsibility, accountability, and dedication to student success.
• Creative approach to overcoming learning barriers.
• Hours Availability - Approximately 15-20 hours per week, depending on student needs and availability.
