We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Strategy Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial modelling, and business strategy assessments to drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent data analysis capabilities, and a passion for strategic planning.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct industry, market, and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Track and analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and economic indicators to support strategic planning.
• Gather insights from internal and external data sources to drive informed business decisions.
• Analyze KPIs, revenue drivers, and operational efficiency metrics to identify trends and optimization areas.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business operations and profitability.
• Assist in strategic planning, business case development, and scenario analysis for new opportunities.
• Support the leadership team with presentations, reports, and executive summaries to communicate strategic insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key strategic projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to turn strategy into action plans while tracking and adjusting OKRs to align with company goals.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Assist in developing frameworks to measure business performance and strategic execution.

Requirements

Qualifications, experience, and skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related fields.
• 0-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and identify key insights.
• Excellent research and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
