Job Description

• Manage inventory of HVAC products, ensuring accurate stock levels to meet operational needs and prevent shortages.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of HVAC equipment, confirming quality and quantity to maintain high standards.
• Organize storage areas efficiently, implementing best practices for product accessibility and safety in line with HVAC specifications.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs based on market trends and customer demands.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions using specialized software tailored for HVAC products.
• Perform regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies, implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in handling HVAC products during storage and dispatch.
• Collaborate with logistics to streamline the distribution process, ensuring timely delivery of HVAC products to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries about product availability and specifications effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in HVAC or logistics management is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, specifically within the HVAC industry.
• Familiarity with HVAC products and their specifications to enhance inventory management efficiency.
• Proven proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite for effective record-keeping.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate inventory control and management.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly address inventory discrepancies or logistical challenges.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate across departments to improve inventory processes.
