Context and Purpose of the job
The Store Manager acts as the owner of the business, representing the brand and leading the store to achieve overall performance goals. This role is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience by being present on the sales floor and supporting all activities to meet store targets. The Store Manager leads and coaches the store team, fostering internal growth and succession planning.
