The Role

Operational Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall management of the store and the upgrading of all essential elements.
  • Full responsibility for the amounts collected from the store and depositing them in the bank account of the company.
  • Full responsibility for the amounts received by the administration, which are amounts for petty cash, recovery, and preservation.
  • Plans the weekly work schedule and allocates daily tasks.
  • Holds short daily meetings with employees performing their roles and responsibilities.
  • Trains and supervises new employees and assesses their absorption of information. Provides constructive feedback to management about opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintains inventory in full number to reduce cases of depletion of goods and makes a monthly inventory which must be matched to the system of the company.
  • Ensures that products are displayed in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Ensures that POS and other equipment work properly.
  • Collaborates with the team of display, marketing, and finance officials.
  • Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Ensures growth and continuous increase in the rate of remittances and operations.
  • Gains deep knowledge of brands, eyewear products, and good knowledge of competing brands.
  • Leads by example and reflects the values of branding, integrity, and discipline.
  • Complies with operational standards and company policies.
  • Decreases the percentage of loss of inventory.
  • Arranges and coordinates the exhibition and makes it ready for customers at all times, following the instructions of the area manager or the direct manager.

Business Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly/yearly revenue sales targets.
  • Custom KPIs.
  • Achieve the Net Filtration Rating (NPS) rating objective to assess customer loyalty.
  • Optimize the operational costs of the store.
  • Inventory shrinkage monitoring and control.

Ideal Profile

Workplace Health and Safety

  • Ensure that the entire store/pantry floor is sanitized and cleaned after 24 hours.
  • Monitor workplace health risks and safety.
  • Ensure that all employees are fully aware of how to minimize or avoid hazards and safety in the workplace.
  • Ensure that all employees are well trained in the fire process and fighting.
  • Ensure that the fire extinguisher is regularly maintained by the authorized seller.
  • Ensure that emergency contact details are available in the store.
