Summary

Miraval The Red Sea, a luxurious wellness resort located on Shura Island, is part of the Red Sea Project, offering a unique opportunity to blend mindful living with exceptional hospitality. With 180 guest rooms, suites, and villas spread across three million square feet of pristine beaches, we are redefining luxury and wellness in hospitality.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stewarding Team Leader to join our pre-opening team. This role will oversee the stewarding team, ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of all kitchen and back-of-house areas. You will play a critical role in maintaining high hygiene standards, supporting the culinary team, and ensuring smooth stewarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate stewarding operations, ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces are clean and sanitized.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the stewarding team, ensuring adherence to hygiene and operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines, food safety regulations, and sanitation protocols.
  • Maintain the organization and proper storage of all cleaning materials and chemicals.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to support smooth service operations.
  • Monitor and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to train and manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP certification is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
