Station Head

The Station Head will lead the team at our repair shop, guiding and supporting them in their daily activities. You will be responsible for managing the facility operations, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and that our operations meet the required standards.

Main Duties:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational targets and objectives.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and implement changes as necessary.
• Ensure effective communication with leadership team, corporate HQ, and MRO organization.
• Monitor and control costs, achieving budgetary requirements.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in MRO facilities management or related field.
• Proven track record in leading teams and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
