Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain standards and accreditation policies aligned with ICAO and IATA requirements.
2. Conduct gap analyses to ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations and standards.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline certification processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
4. Provide technical guidance and training on ICAO and IATA standards to relevant teams.
5. Lead the preparation and submission of documentation for certification audits.
6. Monitor changes in international aviation standards and update organizational policies accordingly.
7. Identify areas for improvement in operational compliance and recommend corrective actions.
8. Act as the primary point of contact for accreditation authorities and auditors.
9. Prepare detailed reports on accreditation status, audit findings, and compliance improvements.
10. Support strategic initiatives to enhance operational readiness and accreditation success.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience.
3. Proven experience in aviation operations and technical compliance.
4. In-depth knowledge of ICAO and IATA regulations.
5. Proficiency in compliance management tools and relevant software.
