Staff Nurse to be based in Saudi - Pediatric (Tagalog Speaker)

Our client, a premier medical facility, is currently looking for a Staff Nurse - Pediatric to be based in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
3. Monitor patient progress and response to treatments, communicating changes to the healthcare team.
4. Educate patients and families on health management, treatments, and preventative care.
5. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
7. Adhere to infection control policies and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
2. Minimum of 3 years of Pediatric Clinical Nursing experience.
3. Must be eligible to take the SCFHS exam.
4. Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
