Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities

1. Conducting patient health assessments and maintaining accurate medical records
2. Administering prescribed medications and treatments
3. Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions and symptoms
4. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
5. Providing education to patients and their families on disease prevention and management
6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols
7. Participating in patient care conferences and staff meetings
8. Assisting with medical procedures and examinations
9. Documenting all patient care actions and interventions
10. Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care
11. Overseeing the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment
12. Supporting and mentoring nursing assistants and other staff
13. Adhering to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
2. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
4. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
7. Knowledge of patient care regulations and best practices
8. Demonstrated empathy and compassion in patient interactions
