Establish and maintain a document control system to manage project documents efficiently.
Receive, review, classify, and distribute engineering, construction, and administrative documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and industry standards (ISO, Saudi Aramco documentation standards if applicable).
Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
Control the flow of documents, ensuring that revisions and approvals are properly tracked.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and external stakeholders for document submissions and approvals.
Ensure version control and document tracking to prevent outdated records from being used.
Prepare and maintain document logs, transmittals, and reports.
