SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As Sr. Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new, existing, and specified potential customers by utilizing Jotun's sales tools and techniques. You will develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), with the aim of increasing Jotun's market share and profitability.
This position is based in Riyadh and will report to the Area Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Manager in building and maintaining customer relationships to meet sales targets and foster profitable growth in assigned accounts.
Assist in creating account plans for customers by identifying their needs and prioritizing initiatives to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Monitor project progress closely, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion to maintain high-quality coating performance and customer satisfaction.
Promote Jotun products to owners and consultants through regular visits and presentations, aiming to generate sales opportunities and secure project specifications.
Follow up on projects within designated territories, coordinating with project personnel to ensure the usage of Jotun products and meet sales budgets.
Monitor customer collections to ensure timely payments and adherence to agreed terms, contributing to achieving budgeted days outstanding.
Liaise with clients, respond to inquiries, introduce new products, and monitor projects to specifications, while focusing on meeting personal sales targets and securing orders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; Business & Marketing is preferable.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Project Sales & business development.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
