Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets is seeking a Sr Production Specialist who will manage and lead the shift which is responsible for all aspects of operating, preparing (mixing), filling, packaging, and tote washing. Incumbents in this position should have the ability to perform any of the tasks within the production department, with the exception of material handling, mixing and bulk receiving/shipping.

What You Will Do:
- Enter production data accurately into the warehouse management system
- Report damages and discrepancies for accounting and record-keeping purposes
- Recommend, implement and promote measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies (OEE, OPE), product quality, methods and working conditions to minimize downtime.
- Follow TPM/continuous improvement principles
- Proactively communicate maintenance needs, quality issues or other situations that impact safety, quality or productivity to the appropriate functional/department leader
- Assist in training teammates
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and Good Housekeeping for all plant with blenders
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Complete cycle counts regularly and manage inventory for the Production department
- Keep the equipment in good condition (cleaning, testing, inspection)
- Follow and adhere to the operation and Safety SOP's and good practice on daily operation
- SAP tasks open-closing process orders and print labels correctly and timely
- Proper shift handover
- Manage and lead the shift perfectly and safely and adhere with the production plan
- Review preparation (mixing), filling, and packaging instructions at beginning of line runs.
- Ensure that the correct raw and packaging materials are available.
- Ensure performing all operations on the lines, including loading lines with empty containers, labeling, preparation (mixing), filling, capping, bar coder generation, taking samples, keeping area clean and organized and other related activities.
- Actively participate in Kaizens, 5S, TPM, Loss Analysis and special projects
- Complete and document activities that measure quality and productivity in an accurate and timely manner. This could include taking weights and performing basic quality tests. Enter results on paper or in computer (example; Process Order, CIL, Cleaning Logbook)
- Follow and adhere to Safety, quality and production related Work Instruction, Memo’s, and SOP.
- Assist with line changeover, including the collection of wash water.

Plant location: Dammam, KSA
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three years of previous experience in Chemical plant or warehouse
- Two years of previous experience with Reaction chemistry
- Basic English language, reading and writing.
- Outlook experience
- Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals.
- Forklift Driving

- Ability to meet physical requirements of position.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP
- Experience on SCADA
- Have basic skills to operate and maintain the equipment of packaging, filling and mixing
- Based on a familiarity with packaging, filling, mixing equipment and working environment
- Good time-management, strong attention to detail, good communicator and a team member
- Ability to complete training and master skills that are required by position (including but not limited to Hazardous Material Safety and DOT training)
- Ability to understand and track safety, quality and productivity data, including run rates, fill weights, and averages
- Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems
