Responsibilities:

1. Analysis of Finish Products as per the schedule with emphasis on first pass analysis.
2. Inventory of Lab requirements including Glassware/Stationary.
3. Work in another department whenever required, such as AMD (due to unavailability of instrument in QC).
4. Provide training to trainees on the analytical techniques used for Finish Goods analysis.
5. Learn incorporation of data and other functions related to SAP.
6. Ensure cGMP / GLP Compliance in QC Laboratory and maintain good documentation practices.
7. Maintain reference standards, chemicals, reagents, and solvents.
8. Raise OOS and fill LIR in the given time frame.
9. Perform testing of market complaint samples whenever required.
10. Check logbooks for proper entries.
11. Maintenance & Daily checks of Analytical Balance, pH Meters.
12. Support in procurement procedures related to instruments, reagents, and standards.
13. Prepare User requirements for the CAPEX approved instruments.
14. Carry out Analytical Method transfer between the two labs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry.
2. 5 to 6 years experience in Pharmaceuticals Quality Control.
3. Basic fire safety awareness.
4. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical products.
5. Data analysis and good observation capabilities.
6. Familiarity with cGMP and SFDA regulatory compliance.
