Sr. Electrical Engineer

We have an opportunity for Sr. Electrical Engineer

with 10 years’ experience in data center construction supervision and testing & commissioning. Also, experience in Uptime TCCF and previous facility certification experience from hyperscalers is required.

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Project: Data Center
Duration: 12 to 14 months

Job Description:

1. Electrical Engineering supervision on construction and TC experience.
2. Electrical engineering tasks will include: load estimation, load flow study, equipment sizing for transformers, diesel engine generators, UPS, cable sizing, voltage drop calculation, short circuit calculations, switchgear designing, coordination of switchgears, lighting designing, lighting calculations, earthing/grounding calculations.
3. Coordination drawings with other services like HVAC, fire, safety & security systems.
4. Evaluation of vendor/contractor shop drawings for approval.
5. Evaluating project closure & signoff documents submitted by vendors.
6. Witnessing of commissioning projects FAT and IST.
7. Development of commissioning scripts.
8. Development of data center standard and emergency operating procedures.
9. Project planning & site management.
10. Project management responsibilities.
11. Uptime TCCF certification experience.
12. Hyperscale TC experience (for Senior Engineer).
