The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:

1. Façade cladding, glazing systems, and architectural aluminum products

Job Purpose:

To provide leadership in the design process, guiding junior designers and collaborating with other team members to develop innovative and efficient precast concrete solutions.

Key Accountability Areas:

1. Design Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the design team in creating innovative and cost-effective precast concrete designs using software such as AutoCAD and REVIT.
2. Conceptual Design: Lead the conceptual design process, working closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop initial design concepts that meet aesthetic, functional, and structural requirements.
3. Detailed Design: Oversee the development of detailed precast concrete designs, including panel layouts, connections, reinforcement details, and fabrication drawings.
4. Formwork Design: Develop formwork designs for casting precast concrete elements, considering factors such as geometry, concrete flow, demolding requirements, and efficiency in manufacturing.
5. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate precast concrete elements into the overall building design and resolve design conflicts.
6. Project Management: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
7. Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct rigorous testing and inspections of precast elements to verify compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
8. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing facility and on project sites to protect workers and the public from hazards.

Role Accountability:

1. Interpreting Specifications: Produce detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and REVIT.
2. Drafting Software: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and REVIT, and familiarity with structural analysis tools.
3. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve design challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to precast concrete design and construction.
5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of design decisions, drawings, and specifications.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in precast concrete design.
7. Design Development: Create detailed designs, drawings, and specifications based on project requirements.
8. Visualization and Presentation: Create visual representations of design concepts and proposals.
9. Interpreting Design Requirements: Accurately translate engineering designs into technical drawings.
10. Adhering to Safety Standards: Ensure that drawings comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
11. Document Management: Organize and manage a library of technical drawings and related documentation.
12. Quality: Achieve high-quality precast concrete through attention to detail and adherence to industry standards.

Academic Qualification: Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering

Work Experience: 5 to 10 Years
