Job description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Participates in the plant-level improvement process by gathering and analysing data, identifying trends for process improvement.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implements operational excellence projects and initiatives as identified in the plan to meet objectives and goals set.
- Monitors company performance to identify/measure effectiveness of existing processes and recommends improvement initiatives.
- Tracks process improvement activities by implementing internal audit programs to improve current processes.
- Partners with plant operational personnel to secure relevant data for identification improvement project definition.
- Validates improvement opportunities using appropriate tools and assists in building the improvement plans.
- Provides support to the SME in specialized areas, including product stewardship, MS, process safety, risk management, auditing, change.
- Applies knowledge of operational environment to initiate actions/remove barriers for implementation of operational excellence.
- Ensures compliance to all relevant safety/quality/environmental management procedures/control, within a defined area of activity.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree related to business needs.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of related fields & industry
