Specialist, Home Finance

The Home Finance Specialist is responsible for supporting and assisting all Home Finance activities in the ROSHN sales center.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor/High Diploma Degree.
2. Knowledge of banking products and processes.
3. Follow ROSHN’s policies, procedures, and customer journey.
4. Resolving customer-related issues.
5. Seek customer and department feedback.
6. Oversee day-to-day operations and work with Home Finance agents.
7. Coordinate with Home Finance providers on Home Finance cases.
8. Update the daily Home Finance report.
9. Ensure the documents are filled, signed, and delivered.
