Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Outstanding Spa Treatments: Provide a range of spa services, including massages, facials, and body scrubs, tailored to guest preferences.
• Guest Service Excellence: Greet and welcome guests warmly, manage spa appointments, and handle inquiries at the reception.
• Maintain Spa Standards: Ensure treatment rooms, spa areas, and reception are always clean, organized, and fully equipped with sanitized tools.
• Product & Service Knowledge: Recommend spa products and upsell services to enhance guest experiences.
• Guest Care & Environment: Enforce spa rules and maintain a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for all guests.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, treatment history, and feedback.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with spa events, wellness programs, and contribute to a harmonious team environment.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and spa industry standards, reporting any incidents promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Certification in massage therapy, cosmetology, or other spa-related disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury or hospitality setting.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service, proficiency in various spa treatments, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Certifications: Basic first aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required).
