Requirements
- High level of curiosity and a willingness to learn, coupled with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Arabic to effectively communicate with our clients in the region and understand their needs comprehensively.
- 2-3 years of experience in roles such as solutions engineer, pre-sales engineer, or solutions architect.
- Strong client-facing skills, capable of presenting and advocating for Lean's products effectively.
- Experience working with API companies, with proficiency in calling APIs and debugging high-level technical errors.
- Strong writing skills for effective documentation and communication.
- Experience as a product manager is a plus. If you're a product manager or product designer who wants to be client-facing, this is a great role for you. You'll spend a lot of time with clients and use your product sense to design the best possible feature our clients can adopt!
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.
