Solutions Architect / Presales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for participating in the planning and execution of various Technical & Pre-Sales activities.
2. Analyze competitor products and solutions.
3. Assist in selecting and winning the first 3 projects of industry products/solutions.
4. Provide technical support to partners (technical training and key project support and guidance).
5. Plan and present Technical Demos or POCs.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, software engineering, communication, etc.
2. 3+ years of pre-sales experience in the education industry (preferred), healthcare, government, or medium and large enterprises.
3. Good customer communication and presentation skills; strong document writing skills; sensitivity to new technologies; eagerness to learn and grow.
4. Good network technology skills (holding CCIE, CCNP, or similar certificate preferred).
5. Ability and experience in network planning and design, complete POC configuration, and demonstration of products and solutions.
6. Good English and Arabic skills; strong coordination and persuasion skills.
