Solution Architecture Manager

Job Purpose:

To design and deliver comprehensive solution architectures that meet the business leveraging a range of technologies and platforms."

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution architectures that meet the needs of the organization.
2. Design and develop solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry trends and best practices, leveraging a range of technologies and platforms.
3. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, mentoring and coaching team members on solution architecture principles and practices.
5. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the Bank and identifying opportunities for innovation and improve.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
• Experience in managing application support teams.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
