Solution Architect – ISE

Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join International Systems Engineering (ISE), a BAE Systems majority-owned joint venture Company as a Solution Architect. The successful individual will be working for a company at the forefront of ISE commitment as part of the economic offset companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Working across the ISE Functions and Project Teams will offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of ISE in KSA.

BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support, and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment, and weapons.

Job Accountabilities

1. To manage and produce high-end IT network solutions to ISE's and its corporate clients.
2. To manage platform physical & Virtual Design.
3. To manage storage and virtual design, and implement its process.
4. To manage application hosting.
5. To implement and plan ISE network design, identify future networking needs, current trends, and design, and create proof of concepts on solutions to align with the functional strategy.
6. To implement configuration management, including configurations adhering to industry best practices and aligning with the function strategy.
7. To run Proof-of-Concept design and deployment.
8. Manage business processes that are related to architecting Network and support team activities and availability within the site, so that team members work in the most optimum way.
9. Organize and support the team to track project deliverables to ensure successful results.
10. Act as the point for all communications related to Solution Architect, both with internal and external stakeholders, including Service Level Agreements, performance, service targets, human factors, and management issues.

The Successful Candidate Must

• Education: University degree or equivalent. Holding certificates on IT networking such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years of IT networks experience (minimum 2 years on infrastructure design).
