Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Position Overview

The Social Media Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Manager, is responsible for the ongoing management and growth and engagement of the Company’s social media presence in alignment with business strategies and overall marketing direction.

Job Description:

1. Social Media Channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and Company Website
2. Planning and creating monthly Online Marketing Communication strategic calendar for all channels in conjunction with overall marketing activity
3. Planning and executing online Ad Campaigns
4. Online artwork and copy content management
5. Handling day-to-day operations of Social Media Channels with the Social Media Agency
6. Handling budget for all Online Communication Channels, monthly initiatives and yearly requirements
7. Month end reporting for all Online Communication Channels
8. Influencer Marketing
9. Online Customer Service
10. E-newsletter
11. Online research
12. Discovering new opportunities for online brand growth
13. Creating processes and Print vouchers for online initiatives
14. Website Content Management and direct dealing with Website Agency
15. Setting-up yearly targets for all Online Communication Channels with the Marketing Manager and developing the action plan to achieve it
16. Digital Media presence
17. Continuous development of all Online Communication Channels

Additional Job Duties:

1. Weekend Offer Management
2. Market Research for Competitors, online and offline, as required
3. Reporting and Data Analysis as delegated by the Marketing Manager. Routine includes (general data mining)
4. Weekly Sales Performance Analysis for all 3 stores
5. Vouchers Distribution Analysis
6. Consumer Insights

Language Requirements:

Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue
English - Fluent / Excellent

Additional Requirements:

Own a Car: Any
Have Driving License: Any

Job Skills:

• Min 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Very good Command of English
