Job Title: Social Media and Events Coordinator

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media and Events Coordinator to enhance our online presence and manage key on-ground events for The Company and its schools. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling content, fostering community engagement, coordinating impactful events, and analyzing performance to drive measurable results. Fluency in Arabic and English, along with a passion for education, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy and Content Creation:
    • Develop and execute a unified social media strategy for The Company and individual school accounts.
    • Create, curate, and schedule engaging multimedia content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.) tailored to target audiences.
    • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all platforms in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  2. Community Engagement and Brand Interaction:
    • Actively monitor, engage, and respond to comments and messages across all social media channels.
    • Build positive relationships with parents, students, staff, and prospective families through thoughtful interactions.
    • Manage online reputation and handle social media crises in line with company policies.
  3. Events Coordination:
    • Plan, organize, and promote key school and corporate events, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
    • Collaborate with school administrators to highlight events and achievements on social platforms.
    • Attend and document school events for live updates and post-event coverage.
  4. Performance Tracking and Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
    • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights to refine strategies.
    • Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance social media performance.
  5. Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:
    • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to align social media and event strategies with broader organizational goals.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for social media campaigns or event logistics when necessary.
    • Support enrollment campaigns and community outreach initiatives for individual schools.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, events coordination, or marketing, preferably in the education sector or a multi-brand environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required.

Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in managing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to coordinate and execute successful events.
