Job Summary
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various social media channels, email marketing, PPC advertising, SEO, and other digital marketing channels.
Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do
- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Develop creative and engaging content, such as videos, images, infographics, and blogs, that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand messaging.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, click-throughs, and conversions, and measure campaign effectiveness through A/B testing and analysis.
- Manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords and social media advertising, to increase ROI and reach the target audience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities for growth, and use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, content, and sales teams, to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and achieve business objectives.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems, and use data to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing and continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
