Job description

KEY ROLE:

The Social Media & Content Manager will define, execute and oversee the implementation of social media strategy for NAOS brands. You will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing the Digital Marketing policy with regards to consumers. You will plan and oversee the content creation, manage the media and ensure the social media channels’ activations implementation to meet the objectives and KPI’s from followers, reach, engagement, conversion and clicks.

MAIN MISSIONS:

  • Design and oversee the implementation of platform-specific marketing strategies that align with overall business goals
  • Design and oversee implementation of campaigns of varying scope on social channels
  • Measure, test and report on social strategies and campaigns using analytics tools; analyse the results to optimize the campaign KPIs
  • Create and/or curate all social content including text, image, and video
  • Own and build out social media content publishing calendar
  • Oversee editing, approval, and scheduling of all posts for all platforms
  • Plan and oversee paid social campaigns, including partnerships with influencers
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders turning influencers into brand ambassadors
  • Conduct social media listening and social media monitoring using appropriate tools
  • Stay informed about trends and tools in social media, marketing, technology and advertising
  • Monitor the competitors’ social media activity and share the report with the line manager
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders turning influencers into brand ambassadors
  • Oversees the management of corporate websites from content preparation to liaising with HQ for CMS
  • Support the digital development of the NAOS Beauty Advisors, working closely with Commercial Team, with regards to content creation
  • Identify potential social media channels that can be beneficial to the brand growth on social
  • Look for innovative content ideas and work on always enhancing the communicational messages
  • Analyzing the promotions performance of the content, take the key learnings into consideration to increase the content engagement
  • Work closely with D2C Manager and Community Management Specialist on the engagement with brand followers and fans on social channels
