Site Supervisor Facade

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of facade systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project timelines, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design and technical issues that may arise during construction.
• Manage site safety protocols, conducting risk assessments and ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, including materials used, labor hours, and any challenges faced, to keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate the procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery to avoid project delays and maintain budget constraints.
• Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring clarity and collaboration at every stage of the project.
• Monitor environmental compliance, ensuring that all facade work adheres to local regulations and sustainability guidelines.
• Train and mentor junior staff and laborers on facade installation techniques and safety practices, fostering a skilled workforce.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the facade installation process, conducting tests and inspections as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in facade construction or site supervision, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Experience working in high-rise buildings or complex facade systems is a significant advantage.
• Candidates with specific experience in curtain wall systems, cladding, or glazing will be prioritized.
• Strong English language proficiency is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, especially for multinational teams.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project, to streamline operations.
• Relevant certifications, such as OSHA safety certification or a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification, are essential.
